Process

Project management is everything when it comes to a successful large scale remodelling project. While this process is complex with many interdependent steps, the following brief chart should help provide you with an overview of Level 44's process.

Design

1. Agreement with Level 44 Inc. to proceed with project

2. Architectural, Engineering & Interior design approval & municipal permitting

3. Product and Personnel selection; Ordering & Purchasing activities

Construction

1. Demolish existing elements as required

2. Build out new elements as per project plan

3. Weekly client updates

Aftercare

1. Familiarize the client with all aspects of operation for the newly completed build.

2. Ongoing customer service to mitigate any issues that may arise.

3. Beginning of optional service contract to provide maintenance of new build elements.
